Keri-Gaye joined VM in August 2010. An attorney-at-law who has been practicing for over 15 years, she possesses extensive knowledge in the areas of banking law, insurance law, corporate secretarial, securities laws and also in the development of compliance and corporate governance policies.

Prior to joining VM, Keri-Gaye worked in the financial sector and as a litigation practitioner in the Courts of Jamaica.
